Anti-flashover solution
Through innovative structural design, SHEMAR adopts the international first covered insulator auxiliary shed structure, which can cover the upper surface and lower surface of porcelain insulator auxiliary shed and bond reliably. In the actual operation, the creepage distance of porcelain insulator is effectively increased, and part of insulator auxiliary shed has good hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity migration characteristics, which can guarantee the service life of at least 30 years after installation. Relying on the covered insulator auxiliary shed, SHEMAR introduced anti flashover solutions to the industry, providing customers with technical scheme design, product realization, on-site construction, after-sales service, etc., and solving all the flashover problems of porcelain insulators once and for all.
Material performance:SHEMAR covered auxiliary shed body material is high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and its performance meets the national standard (DL / t376); The adhesive used for insulator auxiliary shed is room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and its performance meets the State Grid Enterprise Standard Q / GDW 673-2011.
Physical properties:the insulator auxiliary shed has a reasonable design structure, which is completely covered and evenly covered on the outer surface of insulator auxiliary shed, which is consistent with the original structure surface, and will not appear deformation and edge collapse after installation.
Anti-pollution flashover performance:silicone rubber materials contain low molecular weight silicone molecules, which have air affinity and hydrophobic properties, and will move to the air end, thus adhering to the pollution layer on the surface of silicone rubber, making the polluted silicone rubber surface show hydrophobic properties, namely hydrophobicity and migration properties; the discharge channel is extended and the pollution flashover voltage is increased.
Anti-rain flashover performance:the wet power frequency flashover test results show that the dry arc distance of 110kV porcelain post insulator does not change, but the flashover voltage increases by more than 20% due to the physical barrier effect caused by the increase of insulator auxiliary shed.
Anti-icing flashover performance:the icing test results show that the flashover voltage of 110kV post insulator with insulator auxiliary shed is increased by more than 100%.
Economic benefits:SHEMAR covered insulator auxiliary shed can ensure the service life of more than 40 years, thus saving more than 60% of the cost in the whole life cycle under the condition that the primary cost is basically equal to RTV / PRTV coating, greatly reducing the operation and maintenance cost of anti-flashover.
